We use a PVD (Physical Vapor Disposition) process.

First, the plain grey stainless steel goes through a deep cleansing bath. Then it goes into an oven where various heating temperatures change the molecular structure of the steel, which ultimately changes the color of the piece.

Every piece is closely watched during this lengthy process to ensure consistency in color and quality. Different from a coating or a plating that may wear in time, this process creates a molecular change in color that is as durable and long-lasting as it is beautiful!

Measure your wrist: Use a soft measuring tape to determine the size of your wrist. Be sure to place and tighten the tape how you would naturally wear a bracelet. If you don't have a soft measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or thread and then hold the length up to a traditional measuring tape or ruler.

Choose your size: Reference the size chart (linked on the product page) and choose the ALOR size that corresponds with your wrist size.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start, go to your account here, select the order, and submit your request. Once it's approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label — a flat $15 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. After we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund. Repairs and warranty service follow a separate process; please contact us for details.

Stainless steel requires very little or no maintenance at all! However, in the event that you need to clean or service a piece of jewelry, it’s recommended that this is handled by an authorized ALOR Service Center. If a certified ALOR retailer is not available to you, please follow our in-home cleaning guide here.

ALOR jewelry and timepieces are guaranteed under normal usage against all defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase provided the timepiece was purchased from an authorized ALOR dealer.
