ALOR jewelry and timepieces are guaranteed under normal usage against all defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase provided the timepiece was purchased from an authorized ALOR dealer. Exclusions apply, please view our full warranty and how to register here.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $85. All ALOR online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. If your item is backordered, you will be contacted within 2 business days.

Returns and exchanges are valid within 30 days of delivery.

Please note, all sizes other than stock size are final sale and no returns or exchanges are permitted.
