Online purchases may only be made by residents of the U.S.A., for delivery in the U.S.A., including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. At this time, we regret that we are unable to deliver purchases to any other country.
Errors and Pricing Changes
Every effort is made to assure the accuracy of prices on our website and to provide complete, accurate and current information at all times. However, like all websites, we are not able to exclude the possibility of human or technological error. Consequently, this website might contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, incorrect image references, or omissions including but not limited to errors in pricing, merchandise availability or related merchandise detail and description. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Where the price on any item is incorrectly stated and the actual price is higher than the listed price, we will immediately contact you upon receipt of any order to advise you of the error and at your discretion, will either continue to process the order after adjustment for the correct price or cancel the order should you elect not to proceed with the corrected price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Where the actual price is lower, we will process the order at the lower price. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. Where the price of any item is decreased, we will provide for a refund of the price difference for any item purchased within the ten (10) days prior to the price adjustment. The price adjustment refund request must be made within fourteen (14) days of the price change via e-mail to email@example.com for the price adjustment to be honored. However, all temporary special promotions are specifically excluded from any price adjustment refund. Any approved refund of the adjusted amount will only be made in the original form of payment. Please note that a different price adjustment policy may be applicable for purchases at ALOR boutiques.
Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order once submitted, please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 800-872-0172 and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If we are able to change or cancel the order, we will notify you by return e-mail within two (2) business days of receipt of your request. However if we are not able to change or cancel the order, please refer to our return or exchange policy above once you have received your online order if you still want to return or exchange the item.
Sales TaxALOR charges state, local and county sales taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.
ALOR accepts the following credit cards for online purchases: Visa
Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is authorized and allocated at the time your card is approved, although the charge to your credit card will not be made until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit or the card is rejected for any other reason, your order will be automatically canceled. Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved.
Shipping and DeliveryFor security reasons, all ALOR online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery regardless of any signature waivers you might have in place with the freight carrier. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or to any other address that does not allow for receipt and signature by the purchaser. Please note that these requirements are for your protection and if you would prefer to have the delivery made to a FedEx® or UPS® location , please call one of our customer service specialist at 800-872-0172 and we will be glad to arrange this for you. All purchases are shipped via FedEx® or UPS® at our discretion. All items in stock will be shipped within 48 business hours after receipt of the order subject to the delivery schedule below. If the item is not in stock, we will advise you within 24 hours as to when we anticipate the shipment will be made. ALOR will not be responsible for any unanticipated delays and all delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed but are only an approximation and should not be relied upon as definitive. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. To ensure the security of you delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers.
Shipping Methods and Costs
All purchases are shipped free of charge via FedEx® or UPS® Standard Ground. If ALOR is shipping to an international location outside of the United States, customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred by the purchase in their Country. It is the customer’s responsibility to clear the product via their Country’s customs procedures.
Shipment IssuesIf the packaging on your shipment appears damaged or tampered with or if you find any damages to or discrepancy with your order upon opening the package, please make sure to keep all packaging and documentation and contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com or calling 800-872-0172 and we will advise you of the appropriate procedure.
Returns and Exchanges
ALOR prides itself on customer satisfaction and we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, we will provide a full refund or exchange (less any shipping charges) when the Return or Exchange is accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please note that any return or exchange must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery and must be returned unworn in the original condition with the security tag intact and all the original packaging. For any promotional or sale merchandise, returns or exchanges must be made within ten (10) days from date of receipt. Shipping charges from the original purchase are not refundable and shipping and insurance costs on the return or exchange will be at your expense. Any special order or non-stock size of any item is a final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or credit. We will not accept any merchandise that has been worn, used, scratched or damaged in any way or where the security tag has been removed on specific merchandise. Additionally, any custom or special orders and any merchandise that has been modified or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. Failure to follow the specific Return or Exchange conditions below, will result in the request for the Return or Exchange being denied. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at any ALOR boutique or at any ALOR dealer or shop-in-shop in any department store but must be shipped back to the address indicated below after you obtain the required Return Authorization. Please note that the return and exchange policy of ALOR boutiques is not subject to the online policy and store policies are available by inquiring at any ALOR boutique. Easy-to-follow instructions for returning/exchanging merchandise are included with each shipment. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.
TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you make sure that the package is insured for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned as listed on the original invoice. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of all shipping, insurance and handling charges on the return. ALOR assumes no responsibility or liability for the loss of and / or damage to any merchandise sent for return or exchange while in transit to our location. Please follow these easy steps to make sure that there is no issue with the return: 1. Your Return Authorization Number. Call 800-872-0172 and our customer service representative will e-mail you a Return/Exchange Request Form with an official Return Authorization number. The form will provide you with all the instructions for returning the item(s). Please make sure to write the Return Authorization number clearly on the front of the package to allow for proper processing of your Return or Exchange.
2. Package Your Return. Please securely and carefully wrap the merchandise in the original packaging materials and make sure that each item is fully protected to prevent damage in transit. Please include all original packaging such as jewelry boxes and collateral material. For security reasons, do not write ALOR’s name anywhere on the outside of the box but address to A’LOR INTERNATIONAL LTD, 4330 LA JOLLA VILLAGE DR. SUITE 100, LA JOLLA, CA 92122.
3. Insure Your Package. The package must be insured for the full purchase price of the item(s) being returned as listed on the original invoice. You must follow these instructions exactly as failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.
Once we receive the returned merchandise, the item(s) will be checked by our Quality Control department. Upon approval, we will process your request for a return within fourteen (14) business days of the receipt of the merchandise and we will issue a refund to the credit card that was used to place the original order. ALOR reserves the right to refuse to accept any Return that does not meet the above return requirements at ALOR’s sole discretion. Returns without a ALOR Return Authorization, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused upon receipt and the costs of any return will be at your expense. Guarantee of Authenticity
ALOR guarantees the authenticity of all merchandise purchased through the ALOR website and all merchandise is covered by the ALOR warranty which can be found on this website or in the package with your order.
All ALOR purchases carry the standard ALOR warranty against all manufacturing defects. Please refer to our warranty policy on this website or in warranty booklet enclosed with your purchase for full details.
ALOR offers a repair and maintenance service for all ALOR merchandise purchased online.
